Twenty-one years ago, it was very hot September 1999 like this year.

At first I was rejected on telephone, then I made a diving visit and be turned away at the door.

On my second visit, I could speak to him who has the right to make the final decision.

I'm lucky that I got permission to use it without any connections… .

２１年前今年のように残暑が厳しい1999年の9月でした。

初めは電話で断られ、次は飛び込み訪問で門前払い。

２度目の訪問で、なぜか決済権限のある部長さんと長話し。
